WildLife Rescue

Every Animal is entitled to adequate care

We established the wildlife rescue program at HSO in order to fund not only the animals in care with us at HSO but also worthy projects, vet fees, rescue vehicles, transportation costs, building enclosures for wildlife, feed stations or water stations and rehabilitation of injured animals.

We also assist widlife rescuers whom often are normal people who chose to undertake wild life rescue at their own costs, time and finances.

Often this work is performed pro-bono and after paying domestic or agricultural customer are seen to by the vets. This can leave the wildlife in distress or lacking in immediate care, sometimes for hours.

At HSO we believe that the welfare of animals is important and especially endangered animals or at risk species. This includes the need to help cover such costs or assist rescuers.

Everyone matters as every species has a tipping point

Everyone matters as every species has a tipping point

When a species loses sufficient breeding numbers within a colony it is at a very real risk of collapse  or will simply be unable to replace their own numbers from generation to generation.

It is important to protect what we have right now for each species to thrive or survive.

You can help us with this hands on approach by supporting a vet care treatment in our shop.
