We have partnered with N.L.U.C.F. for multiple projects such as;

to buy 20 acres of land in Kampala, build and construct a new children's orphanage
to establish a coffee crop / farm in partnership with the community
to educate the Orphans by providing teachers, meals, clothing , books and medical care.
to provide solar panels and battery storage, to power the school and orphanage (keeping the lights on).
with the community, reforest the Kampala habitat and regenerate the environment around.
to establish a "New Gorilla Sanctuary" in the reforested and protect lands
to build the orphanages or expand as needed in order to achieve our goals of 165 x children per year.

Our current commitment is for 165 x new orphans at risk without help. Thousands of children in the community are at risk and in need, we want to start to correct this shortfall.

Habitat Sanctuaries Org. with our various campaigns are determined to make a impact and real change in Kampala Uganda. We have committed to building a new Orphanage to house 165 more children. We would like to believe that collectively we can take these children and a additional 165 children each and every year all the way from Kindergarten to University should each child choose to do so.

Uganda is one of the youngest demographic populations on the planet due to war, civil unrest, extreme weather events and various other reasons, this it could be argued may leave Uganda exposed to exploitation and less opportunities.

We seek to correct some of this imbalance or vulnerability by helping directly, with our partners and you we will achieve this ambitious goal.

When you buy a stuffed or knitted animal from our online store or 1 Billion trees show the profits from each sale will go towards helping us fulfill our commitment to the Children in our care and coming into our care as well.

We have a goal to take in 165 x children every year, year on year. With a commitment to take these children from kinder all the way through to University should they so choose to study that far.

Why? to lift a community you must educate the community and with education comes opportunity as well as prosperity, helping break systematic or endemic disadvantages with in a group of people.

If we don't make a this commitment - then who will?

Therefore know that as your child, grandchild, niece or nephew hugs and plays with their new Knitted toy, you are bringing the same love and security to a child in need.

Our Commitment is for the education, food, clothing, shelter, medical of each child in our care or program as though they were our own blood.

We believe that we can achieve this with $250 per child per year to grow the program and impact year on year.

This means a very achievable $41,250 AUD annually from the stuffed / knitted toy sales.
