Please contact us as soon as you realise there is an issue with your order and we will try to help. As our warehouse is constantly processing your orders sometimes we may be unable to edit your orders as it may already have been processed.
We always recommend to contact our customer experience team via email at info@habitatsanctuaries.org before you purchase, if you have any questions about sizing. In the unfortunate chance you receive your parcel and the size is not quite right, we are more than happy to return the garment within 30 days of purchase for a credit note which is valid for up to 2 years.
We are happy to accept your item for return if you change your mind or for incorrect selection of size, for a credit note. On strict conditions:
That the item is within 30 days of purchase.
The product is unworn, unwashed and in original condition.
Item/s must have all tags still attached and or instructions as per package
Return slip must be completed and included with your return.
No returns on sale items, for change of mind.
For Hygiene reasons we are unable to accept the below items for return if you have changed your mind.
Makeup, Earrings, skin care, Beauty Applications, Coffee Cups, Water Bottles, Sun Screen, Tooth brushes.
STEP 1. Fill out your returns form, you can get one via request from info@habitatsanctuaries.org from our customer experience team
Step 2. Put a returns label on the postage package from the customer experience team, to ensure your item is received correctly to the proper location and has pertinent details of the order.
Step 3. You may return the items to Shop 119, 35-70 Harrington Street, The Rocks, Circular Quay, Sydney, NSW 2000 at your own cost and risk of tracking. Signature on delivery is recommended and keeping your tracking number. As we are unable to take responsibility for lost parcels.
Returned products are first assessed, you will then be notified when/if your return has been accepted. In most situations you will be issued with a credit note via email. This credit note last up to 2 years from the date of issue. If your return does not satisfy all the conditions for return it will to be accepted and will be returned to you.
Overseas purchases will be charged postage charged initially on order placement. We cannot take responsibility for changes of mind / selection of wrong size.
Please note due to high demand for our products, we are unable to hold sizes for exchange. If you are worried about missing out on a size whilst waiting on a credit note, or need the Item/product right away in the correct size. Once we receive the original back, we will refund you for the initial purchase to your original payment method. In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is faulty we are happy to help you out with a replacement or a refund if the product you have purchased is:
Significantly different from the description shown.
If it is faulty and can't be easily fixed or replaced.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect selection of size.

If you wish to return your product /s to change size/s or change of mind you are eligible for a credit only. Your credit note will last for 2 years from the date of issue. You are only eligible to receive a full refund via Afterpay or Zippay if the goods are faulty and can't be easily fixed or replaced or are not as described.
You still have to continue to paying your payments as you will be issued with a store credit for the full amount that you paid originally, which you may use straight away. Credit notes last up to 2 years from the date of issue.
Due to huge discounts and items being in packs we are unable to swap items out for other styles or selections. We are happy to swap sizes over within the packs within the same style, as we know how hard it can be to select the correct size. Our baskets / Bundles are unable to be purchased with any promotional codes due to the amazing value inside.
If you wish to return the entire basket / bundle for a store credit we are happy to do so but remember we have to return ALL ITEMS in the pack for the original price you paid.
You may be required to verify your account, if our online support team contacts you. Remember this is for your benefit, to ensure your card is not used without your consent. If we discover anyone trying to use another person's card or details without consent, we will not hesitate to report them to the Australian Federal Police.

Sale Items may have periodic delays due to demand and popularity of these events. We endeavor to hold all stock on hand. However sometimes sales occur beyond stock on hand levels due to popularity. If this occurs we will advise of any such delay.
